3. What do you consider your milestones in the past years that you’ve been working?

A smart candidate should lay emphasis only on achievements that can be helpful to the organization he is applying to. By bouncing back the question to you, the interviewer would know if you are truly the one fit for the job. Of course, it is human nature to say all the beautiful things that can to make your prospective boss hire you.
