3. What do you consider your milestones in the past years that you’ve been working?

Most candidates would right away highlight their major achievements even if they are not related to the job position they are applying for. A smart candidate should lay emphasis only on achievements that can be helpful to the organization he is applying to. Otherwise, it is like you are talking about something that is actually trivial to your prospective employer.
4. Why should we hire you?
By bouncing back the question to you, the interviewer would know if you are truly the one fit for the job. Of course, it is human nature to say all the beautiful things that can to make your prospective boss hire you. But keep in mind that if your answers do not meet his expectations then he will know right away that you’re not the one.
